Prime were paying an agency in Manchester £150 per month management fee and giving them a £5k budget.
They were only able to spend around 2k of the budget.
Our fee was around 9/10X the Manchester based agency’s fee for this project.
John from Prime initially said that based on the fact they were unable to spend the 5k budget, they couldn’t afford to pay a significantly higher management fee.
We conducted and audit and concluded that they simply couldn’t afford not to.
