Terpex X Orocco

Orocco were speaking to a number of agencies when we were invited to pitch for their business. They have 6 home improvements brands under the Terpex umbrella brand - all with separate identities and great reputations. We now manage all six brands’ Google PPC to drive leads where required. We work with Terpex management to see where the capacity is, and drive relevant leads to the relevant businesses where they have capacity for more enquiries and more work. If one business is busy, we divert spend to the others. We also provide Terpex with a solid report each month and a live dashboard so that they can see the flow of budget and leads between each business - allowing them to make decisions with ease.

REAL WORLD COMMUNICATION…

We offer all of our clients a WhatsApp group so that they can fire questions or updates to us quickly and one of our team can come back to them as quickly as possible. This works really well and allows our clients a direct line of communication to everyone in the team thats involved in their account. We can fix issues quickly, answer questions instantly, and implement changes much faster than a big cumbersome agency with lots of layers of communication. It allows us to be all over our client comms - and with team members in multiple time zones, we’re really proud of our client communication supported by these groups.

Prime were paying an agency in Manchester £150 per month management fee and giving them a £5k budget. They were only able to spend around 2k of the budget. Our fee was around 9/10X the Manchester based agency’s fee for this project. John from Prime initially said that based on the fact they were unable to spend the 5k budget, they couldn’t afford to pay a significantly higher management fee. We conducted and audit and concluded that they simply couldn’t afford not to.
